Differentiate between IPv4 and IPv6 flows?

I have a Cisco router with a dual-stack setup. The majority of my traffic is Ipv4 but some is IPv6. I am sending all the data to PRTG via NetFlow v9. I would like to separate the traffic by IPv4 and IPv6 so that I can determine my usage stats. I thought maybe I could make a sensor for each type and then exclude the opposite protocol from that sensor. Does this sound reasonable or should I try another way? I'm a bit new to PRTG so I'm still figuring out how it all works, any insight or pointers would be greatly apprecitated.

I'm afraid PRTG's NetFlow sensors aren't IPv6 capable. Sorry.

Please put this on your road map, not having full IPv6 support is starting to hurt your product.
