PRTG Enterprise Console installation error

Hi,

After installed PRTG Enterprise Console, I got the error message "the machine is already running a server installation of PRTG Network Monitor. Please update the server installation"

But actually there's no any PRTG Server installed in the machine now. (had installed free PRTG then uninstalled already). The Enterprise Console works fine before.

(Current version: v12.2.2.2157)

What should I do?

Hello,

please check if you didn't get the "PRTG Remote Probe" Installer by accident, then this message could come.
