What would you recommend in providing a means of allowing a user to access multiple PRTG servers and view different elements from each of those servers (similar to partitioning) from a single log in? And having all servers sharing the same database?

Please note that we cannot suggest the use of PRTG Enterprise Console. We are examining if there is another way to accomplish this specifically thru the web browser.

Thanks!

Hello,

the only way to manage several PRTG installations is the Enterprise Console. Each installation has to have its own database and configuration file, otherwise (if it were only one configuration file and database) you WILL encounter data-corruption and possible crashes as those are not in any way designed/intended to be accessed from more than one PRTG instance.

best regards.

Are you talking about having them login to a cluster?
