The AVM Fritzbox (http://www.avm.de/de/Produkte/FRITZBox/index.php) does not offer monitoring capability though SNMP or other standard monitoring technologies.

Can I monitor the bandwidth usage of the DSL, ADSL or VDSL Internet connection using PRTG?

PRTG is able to monitor your AVM Fritzbox. The sensor is called: "AVM FRITZ!Box WAN Interface Sensor".

Quote from the manual:

"The AVM FRITZ!Box WAN Interface Sensor monitors the internet traffic of a FRITZ!Box internet access router from European manufacturer AVM. It returns the incoming and outgoing internet traffic. There are no credentials necessary."

Learn more about this sensor in the manual:

Hey Paolo,

Yes, this is correct.

Currently, the only way to monitor your FritzBox is by using the sensors from PRTG Tools Family with out native EXE/Script Advanced sensors.

Best regards,
Sven
