bandwidth on SonicWall

please use our SNMP Tester to scan against the Sonicwall, with the Option "Scan Available Standard Interfaces". Please do this test twice with about one minute in between and then compare the counter numbers for this interface. Do they change?

This looks ok, but in PRTG Enterprise Console or the WebInterface "out=" is always 0. (Sorry I changed IN and OUT by mistake in my first post).

How much time did pass by between the two scans? For a minute the changes seem very small, can you please make sure that it's not simply the wrong unit in PRTG? Not that it's a rounding issue with the decimal places.

Hi, about 3 minutes between the scans.

But playing around with SNMP tester and GetIf points me to the right direction. And finally I got it working. The sensor inherited some snmp settings. Especially the "SNMP version v2c", and 64-bit counter , which seems not supported by the Sonicwall(Firmware too old?). I broke the inheritance and set these settings to SNMP v1 and force 32-bit counter...

Nothing happens, same problem as before. So I decided to add the same sensor again, and tadaa, the newly added sensor shows 'in' AND 'out' Traffic. :)
