After Logon WMI Error

Hello,

we using several VMWare Machines, but today after a user logged in(Windows XP Professional),but in this minute PRTG delivered an WMI Error (PE015). I followed the steps described on this Sites:

but nothing helps. At least I restarted the PRTG Server. No Changes. What else can i do?

Hello,

have you tried restarting the target machine? What is the exact full error message?
