setting threshold

can i setup a graph that after a threshold is met the graph line will turn a different color?

Hi,
I'm afraid this is not possible. Sorry.
There is a exception but this one is a bit complicated. You might try setting warning limits in the "Channels" tab of the sensor and then using the Maps function of PRTG where you have to use a certain type of Map Object "Live Graphs for Groups/devices" and apply that on the sensor. That will not change the graph backround but the edge of the graph. Best regards
