Probe disconnected after installing new certificate




My old certificate expired so I created a new one.

Now 2 of my probes (9 in total) have disconnected.

I restarted the Core and the Probe services. I restarted the probes.

The 2 have the same problem: Probe Healt status is down and the Message reads probe disconnected.

Everything was working fine before I changed the certificate.

Any ideas ?

can you please send us the PRTG System Logs from these two probes to us?
