chart show wrong percent data

the chart shows for a 5000 kbit/s port a 1 % capacity utilization when 2900 kbit/s in use. Should there not more than 50% capacity utilization to be displayed?

Hello, ups, i found it - it ist the downtime not the cpacatiy utilization ;-)
