How do I turn off audible sound associated with alarms and also disable alarm acknowledgement?

Am using PRTG Network Monitor Would really just like to look at log file of alarms and check which ones need my intervention. Is there a way to disable either (or both) of the following: 1. Audible noise when alarm is generated 2. Requirement to acknowledge popup when alarm goes off.

The alarms and popup messages come from PRTG's Windows GUI. The simplest way to only look at the log files would be to close the Windows GUI running in your Tray and to use PRTG's Web Interface instead for reviewing the logs.

Alternatively, you can switch off alert and popup messages in PRTG Windows GUI's settings: Choose File | Options & Server Settings... from the main menu.
