Not able to login using newly created user accounts

Dear,

i just created some user accounts with read/write access in PRTG for access. but when I tried those accounts, it gives me message Your login has failed. Please try again!

could some help me in this. best regards,

user name and password is case sensitive! Did you check that?

yes, i have created 4 new accounts but unfortunately all have the same issue.
