New Installation problem



I am receive the following message when trying to reset the core service in the administrator " PRTG core server could not be stopped: Acces is denied". I can stop the service using the service.msc. This is a new installatin of PRTG on a new server windows 2k8 service pack 2. The system is currently working on w2k8 service pack 2 but I need to move the system to the new server.

please try running the PRTG Probe Administrator with a Local Admininstrator and use explicitly the "Run as Administrato" function from the context menu. Stopping the service should now work.
