PRTG Traffic Grapher 6 reporting

I enabled reporting in PRTG 6 and tuned it to send weekly reports on monday.Sending function is working ok, when i press send now button, report is successfully sent. It is said that report is generated and send at 01:00h. But what if the computer is switched off at this time? And why doesn't PRTG send the report when it is switched on or connected to the internet? Or report is only send only when computer is working on 01:00h. It's not really flexible(

PRTG is intended to run on Systems that are always on. If PRTG is not running no data is collected which could be reported.
