why can't i acknowlege an alarm in enterprise console?

in enterprise console, version 12.3.3, if i right click on a sensor I do not have the option to acknowledge an alarm even though I have full admin rights.

Hello,

Please update to version 12.3.4.3048 and try again. Does this issue persist?

Please open a support ticket or forward us a mail to [email protected] refering to this knowledge base thread. Please include a screenshot showing that it is not possible to acknowledge the alarm in case.
