Public Map Issues

In the last few revisions of PRTG, my public maps no longer load. The browser sits at "loading ... (0S)" and the map never appears. This is happening on 2 installations based out of alternate datacenters, one of which is a fresh install. Ive tried it in 3 different browsers as well. The maps work perfectly well when logged in, but public they do not. The public option is set.

We have rewritten the maps loader for public maps so it does not show a blank page upon refresh (released July 29th 2012 - Version 12.3.1.2419/2420).

If you have a publicly accessible URL of a map that doesn't work anymore please send the URL using email to [email protected] (mention "Case PAE264040" in the topic).

Or use the filename

/public/mapshow_simple.htm

instead of

/public/mapshow.htm

for your public maps which will use the old refresh mechanism.
