how to solve The negotiation of host key verification algorithm is failed

PRTG is installed on a windows server 2008 R2, and I am monitoring a linux (centos 5) device for load, meminfo and diskinfo. I am using private key to authenticate and have used the method described here : https://www.paessler.com/knowledgebase/en/topic/32883-how-can-i-use-private-keys-for-my-ssh-sensors-with-prtg but I am getting the error: how to solve The negotiation of host key verification algorithm is failed. can you shed some light on this.
