sensor snmp pulling

I configured snmp version 3 on my layer 3 switch. On Paessler, I use "Automatic sensor creation using specific device template(s)" to setup my sensors. I noticed that it pulled all the interfaces from my device (SNMP agent) and list either the interface description or the interface. Is there a way to filter the interfaces so that it only create the sensor of a particular interface? Thx

If you would want to do this using the auto-discovery process, you would need to edit your own custom device template. Otherwise you could add a Custom SNMP sensor and provide the necessary OID.

I got a list of interfaces (fa01. fa02, etc...) from the SNMP agent on my router. How do I modify my sensor in Paessler to just display fa01? Thx

You can select individual entries from the list provided - only the selected entries will be added as sensors. If you wish to only add a specific counter, please use SNMP Custom sensors, providing the necessary OID.
