Connection could not be established

I get 'connection could not be established errors 80004002' probing any server in the network. I tested WMI on my PRTG machine and that seems to work ok. Even connecting to WMI on a remote server seems to work fine (I can get the WMI properties of that server). code: PE015 errors.
