Hello,

is it a way now to setup notification on a unknown state? Because we use the Netflow sensors for billing purpose and is crucial that the sensor always have data.

Thanks

Dany, in the moment Triggers cannot be set on the "Unknown"-State. To be honest, we do not plan to implement such a trigger-condition in the future. Instead I've created a wish list ticket, that Flow/Sniffer-Sensors can be set into Warning-State if no data comes in. This will then allow to use a State Trigger on Warning.
There is a workaround for this right now as well. You can add a Packet Sniffer - Sensor, that filters for the ports on which the Netflow-Packets come in (on the according Probe Host). Then use a limit, to set the Sniffer sensor into error state if no Netflow Packets come in for a certain amount of time.
