Scheduled Downtime By DATE

Hi,

We have a requirement to stop monitoring our remote customers at scheduled times, these are usually a one off over a weekend etc.

Currently we are only able to create a recurring schedule which is good for reports or notifications.

However we need to be able to say stop the monitoring on Fri 23rd Nov 1800 until Sun 25th Nov 2100.

This is quite an issue for us as we are a support provider monitoring customers and this doesn't allow us to add in when they notify us of a downtime slot.

The only option we have is to pause it at the time of the downtime, which we forget to do and then have unhappy customers.

The feature to set a maintenance window will be available in some weeks. It is already in our Canary build for testing and will be released later on.

Has this feature been implemented already? We are running the latet version 13.1.1 on stable. I would like to test and use that feature as well, since we have an event coming up on an specific date to be covered with the schedules on PRTG. Thanks.

Hi,
the feature is in the preview build now, which should be released as stable sometime in march.
Best regards
