Installation Issue

Hello,

I am interesting in purchasing your software however I haven't been able to evaluate it properly due to an installation issue. the software installs without issue however with I try to run the program I get an error message saying 'error unpacking program. error -2. please contact author'.

Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
do you have running a AV solution on the machine where PRTG is installed? If so, this might cause the issue as we have seen similar cases.
Please uninstall PRTG, deactivate your AV or add a explicit exception for the whole installation folder of PRTG. Then install PRTG again.
Does it run now?
