I loaded the free trial. I want to uninstall it. I receive the message that I cannot do this since

Hi,
please stop all PRTG related services using the Windows Task Manager. The running services should be PRTG Server.exe and PRTG Probe.exe. Perform the uninstall again after the services have been stopped.
Now it should work.
