can not add SOAP sensor

hi I am use PRTG vr 12 and add many device by defrant sensor but i can add SOAP sensor because this massage view when i want this

Need .NET 4.0 installed on the computer running the PRTG Probe. note the parent device must be a VMware ESX(i) server or vCenter, version 4.x or Later , or a VMware Workstation

While the installed .net 4 and .net 4.5

even restart that not improve this problem

-net esx-i- soap vmware

Hi,

are you running PRTG on a single server or do you have remote probes running on a different machine than the core-server?

If you have remote probes .Net 4.0 needs to be installed on the probe from which the VMWare-server is queried (the sensor runs on).
