Hi, I'm facing a similar Problem right now. I want to monitor if a database instance is accessible so i thought i should query the instance_name from v$instance. But PRTG Shows me the value of the query is 0. How can I monitor that value. Or is there an other value that would make sense to monitor?

sry I'm a DB noob ...

Her is my SQL query.

select instance_name from v$instance
