unusual state activation

Good morning,

I have a question about the unusual state activation. In the next expression : "* 24h average is <80% or> 120% of hour-of-day average" means that if there is a variation in excess of 20% it changes to state unusual?

To give a practical example, if the average latency is 100 ms in my link, I'll take an unusual state when the value is 80 ms. Is that so?

thanks for your help! Best Regards,

change state unusual
