How to monitor a website based on response?

We have a website configured to monitor some process. We have to evaluate the first line of the response web page. If this says "Critical" the alert should trigger

Hi,
you might use the HTTP Advanced Sensor which is able to parse the monitored website and perform positive or negative check for keywords.
