Sensor triggered until acknowledged?

Is it possible to setup an alarm to stay in the alarm state despite changes on sensors until that alarm has been acknowledged?

The use case is for event log sensors. These trigger and then disappear quickly on us. Could we setup an event log sensor alarm somehow so the alarm didn't disappear with the next check?

What is the typical workflow that makes the EventID sensors useful? I'm still trying to wrap my head around how I would be able to use them. They are typically just warnings so I don't wan them flooding my inbox, but I do want to be able to look over them when I get into the office.

I'm sorry, but there probably is no 'typical workflow' with the eventlog sensors. They are very specific, and probably only use in certain special cases. You can still check the "Log"-Tab of the sensor though to see its recent messages.
