Probe Disconnected

I installed PRTG the updatest version on another machine and I copied all data files from source machine to target machine as manual and I fixed configuration(Server, Probe) as manual and I fix my ip address as source machine and I connected network and I tried to start PRTG on Google Chrome and I found that some devices can't connect or disconnect and some devices can connect and show all the result. Please tell me for the solution by send me e-mail. Thank you very much.
