I have seen in previous versions of PRTG where you can make your own tabs to display the exact graphs or info you want on a single page. I cannot figure how to do this in the newest version of PRTG.
I would like to modify Dashboard to display exaclty what I want it to.

please have a look at the Maps function of PRTG for this purpose.
