Hi,
this depends if the logs are delivered via SNMP. Basically PRTG should be able to monitor them but you might want to contact the SonicWall support to find out whether this is possible at all.
Best regards

If the logs were available via SNMP, what sensor should I use?

Thanks!

This depends on the format. If the logs are available as text, you might use the SNMP Custom String Sensor but if they are sent out as Traps, you will have to add a SNMP Trap Receiver Sensor to a probe device to handle the same.
