PRTG Port Check

How long does the PRTG Port check leave a connection open for? Does it send a fin packet to close if it gets the result it wants?

I have a check running every 2 minutes, but I'm seeing multiple connections on "closed_wait" still there

Hello,

the Fin/Ack-Command is sent by the port sensor, but only if the sensor receives "the result it wants". Otherwise the sensor runs into a read-timeout, where then no Fin/Ack is sent.

best regards.

Hmmm, is there a way to tell PRTG that a simple "port is open" result is what "it wants"?
