Monitoring Port UP/Down at a HP, Cisco Switches

Hello PRTG Team,

We need very urgent a possibility of Port UP/DOWN Monitoring at normal Switches with snmp.

Is it possible, if yes how can we do it?

Hello,

this is possible, just add SNMP Traffic Sensors. And set their "Connection State Handling"-Setting accordingly: http://www.abload.de/img/prtgnetworkmonitortls8mzk0.png
