Hello, what are the indicators I should use to monitor the performance of Windows Server so I can know when server performance is slow/bad or not?

Hi,
you might have a look at the available Windows sensors in PRTG. In general you might use the CPU, Memory, Network Card and Ping sensor. Additional you might consider using a Disk Free sensor.
