No disk of HP G8 found by the sensors

Votes:

Hi,

We are trying to add some sensors to know the status of the hard drives of our new HP ProLiant G8 server. We use the Physical Disk Sensor from PRTG but it can found them. The SNMP is activate too.

Do you have an idea of a solution for this issue?

Thank you for your next answers;

Bye

Do you use any other SNMP sensors on that device? If not, please try using SNMP Uptime to see, if SNMP is running and configured correctly.

If SNMP is not working please take a look at this article SNMP troubleshooting article.

If SNMP is working, but only the physical disk sensor is not, please contact [email protected]

Thank you for your answer.

SNMP is working fine because we can add the SNMP HP ProLiant System Health Sensor. I will contact the support service.
