Are there any templates available or any guides on how to get information out of a Bluecoat Proxy. Things like traffic, CPU, memory, hardware status etc.

Hi,
it seems Bluecoat offers SNMP MIB files and a configuration howto. The MIB Files can be imported for the usage in PRTG using the MIB Importer. As we do not have a test device I cannot guarantee whether the desired values can be monitored this way but when in doubt you might contact their support.
Best regards
