I have a few offices that are connected via Junniper site-to-site IPSec tunnel. I am unable to get them to respond to SNMP requests by PRTG.

Have you tried connecting with our SNMP Tester? Does that yield results?

I did. No response. I verified the tool was working by connecting to another device. It responded right away.

In that case, it would seem that either SNMP isn't activated or not available (which could have to do with the community string, port settings, etc.). If you run an Uptime test with the Tester, does that yield any results?

I am able to conect to the "outside" interface and collect data, but I cannot get it to respond via the LAN interface.

But you are allowed to send SNMP requests to the inside interface?

e.g. on an ASA SNMP configuration you need to select the interface you are allowed to connect to.
