We currently are using the IMAP Roundtrip test sensor using a schedule to test twice a day. Every time it runs according to schedule we see the following error:
Connecting to IMAP Server: Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused.
However, if we login and test the monitor ourselves it runs just fine with no error.
We are also running two instances of PRTG, and on our PRTG1 server this works flawlessly with the schedule, however, on PRTG2, we are seeing this error unless we test it manually.
Please let me know what additional information you need or what we can do to resolve this.
We are running PRTG Version 18.104.22.1683.
