SNMP sensor question

I am using the current version of PRTG in 30-day demo mode. I have many sensors running without problems, and would like to add a sensor for "page count" on HP 4000 and HP 4050 printers. Both return the correct value with the v5 SNMP tester using SNMP version 1 only.

The tester gives me the "No response (check: ...") message like I see in the monitor for v2 and v3.

I see no other sensor to select, or one that allows me to force SNMP to use v1. Is there a setup variable for this somewhere?

The string that works for the printers is 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.10.2.1.4.1.1

If you look under the sensor's parent device settings, there should be a section called Credentials for SNMP Devices. Under there you can select which version of SNMP you would like to use for that device. If you change that to SNMP V.1 that should solve the problem.
