Reset Unusual Sensors

Hi,

We implemented the PRTG trial, added a few sensors but then the trial expired and it took a long time to get it licensed.

Since then, I am getting unusual detections and I think its because there was no data for a long time and it has screwed up the averages. Is their a way to reset this data so it re-assesses what is "unusual"?

Regards

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB Post!

I'm afraid the only way to reset the unusual values at once, will be deleting the Monitoring Data and the Cache File for the Graphs in PRTG, with the PRTG Core Service stopped. But this will mean losing your so far recorded data. The Unusual values will adjust with time though, so please bear with your PRTG.

best regards.
