Hi guys. We remote monitor several sites, on each site there is a router and connected to each router there is a switch and som other devices. My question is: Can I some how set the alram/notification to not send alarms when the router goes down? (if the router goes down I want it to only show the router alarm, and not a alarm on all devices also connected to the router)

alarm groups priority

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. You can use Dependencies to help here. With cascading subgroups, you can set a the subgroup (containing the switch and the other devices, so everything "behind" the router), and then make this group dependent on the Ping Sensor" to the router.
If this ping sensor then fails, the subgroup will be paused, and not send notifications.

best regards.
