Error # 0xB0000003 with a WMI sensor

When I try to create a WMI Sensor on one of our Customer's Servers, I get this error. It is the "Pagefile" Sensor (In german PRTG "Auslagerungsdatei"). It occurs only on this server and only with this Sensor.

What coukd dat be? Any suggestions?
