Hello,

the 2 day graph is using 5min averages. What is your scanning interval for the sensor?

And what kind of sensor is it? What are you monitoring?

Hello,

on the PRTG Server please open the PRTG Server Administrator Tool,

go to the Memory Usage tab and select to recalculate cached data.

This can take a while, depending on the amount of data and sensors.

If it can not be accessed from outside,

please send some screenshots of a graph that shows no data.

Send a screenshot from the EC and the web interface of the same graph.
