Unable to Send Notifications to a Group

For some reason a sub group is not showing up under the notification drop down menu. It's instead showing a group that doesn't even exist.

Dear Joe,

in PRTG, there are groups for user accounts and there are notifications. These are independent from each other.

User groups define access rights to the interface—you can create new user groups and define members there. To access the user groups, in PRTG web interface, select Setup | User Groups from the main menu.
Notifications define a notification to an email account, a mobile phone, etc. They can be triggered in a sensor's notification trigger settings. To change a notification (and to define a new one), in PRTG web interface, select Setup | Notifications from the main menu.

So, please create a new notification and select it in your sensor's notification trigger settings.
