502 Error Bad Gateway (XenHosts)

Votes:

0

Folks,

I'm getting a 'The remote server returned an error : (502) bad gateway' after adding a Xenserver pool to our monitoring config.

Adding the pool worked ok and it enumerated all the pool members so some kind of data transfer worked ok...

we're are currently on an eval license (doubt that makes any difference)

PRTG version is v13.2.3.2014 (downloaded and installed today!)

Any one seen this before?

Cheers

Tom

I am also seeing this with all our XenServer hosts. We have disabled - It seems to work, then break, then work, then fail. It's been like that since version 12 to my knowledge. Hope there is a resolution to this issue!

Are you able to access these hosts via HTTP in a browser?

I can access fine in browser (just the very basic XenServer page) - (both http and https - although the https certificate is not trusted as its a default installed affair as opposed to PKI delivered)

Thoughts?

Would it be possible to send the logs for this server along with some screenshots of this error and the settings page for the Device and sensor to [email protected]
