Are you experiencing these issues while trying to access the site and the EC from the server that PRTG is installed on or another computer?

If you are trying to access it on the computer that PRTG is installed on, please check your port settings and your web server configuration in Server Administrator.

If you are trying to access it from another computer, please check the web server settings in Server Administrator to make sure that the PRTG server is not set to Localhost only and will allow connections on it's IP address.
