My Probe sensor is not receiving data

My Probe Health sensor has not received data for almost 24 hours - it is just sitting there grey, I created a new sensor and that is working okay, but as I can't delete the "bad" sensor as it is a "fixed" object I would like to get it fixed.

Hello,

we have seen this issue before where there were some timechanges being made on the PRTG PC.

Please go to your Monitoring Database Folder

In that folder there is one folder per day. (the date is the name of the folder)

Please check if there is one that has a date in the future.

If so, stop the PRTG services, delete the folder, than restart the services.

Hello,

Are you also able to create new sensors successfully or are all sensors grey? If not already done, please try restarting the PRTG services once. If this isn't resolving the issue, please send us log files from your Core-Server as well as from the affected probe to [email protected], so we can troubleshoot further.

Thanks!
