Sensor to monitor disk activity

I would like to know which on the sensors would be best to monitor the disk reads/writes? I have an application that is slowing down on of my server but the CPU and memory usage is low and I would like to see if it is being a disk hog.

Thanks.

Hi,
you might have a look at the Windows Physical Disk Sensor for this purpose. As an alternative you might use a Custom WMI Sensor as described in this article.
Best regards
