Installing Update fails



I try to update my Version 7.1 to the latest Version 7.3.5.x

If I try to start the setup process I recieve the popup to choose the language. after that I just can see the Word "Setup" in the taskbar and thats it. could you please give me a hint what to do.

please try if rebooting the PC where PRTG is installed on, does help.

I even stop all the prtg services at the startup

Dear Martin,

please try if terminating other applications/processes might help. We have seen cases where MS Outlook, SQL Server Express or other applications somehow blocked our installer.
