iprtg will not connect to the server from my ipad.

iprtg version 3.3 server version: PRTG Network Monitor 13.2.3.2064 x64

When I try to connect I get the message: "cannot connect to specified host. server may be down" I also get a pop-up that says:

Error Loading Data [-1004] cannot connect to specified host. server may be down.

I am connected to my corporate wireless network (internal connection)

Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this problem.
