When I use OS: Window Server 2008 R1, My firefox display: The connection has timed out. The server at 192.168.2.72 is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Can you help me,please. Need I to change other OS and should I use the operating system? Thank you for your help. Please help me as soon as possible. Thanks a gain

After installing PRTG, did you go into the PRTG Server Administrator Tool and change the Web Server settings to allow connections to the IP of that computer?

We generally do not recommend using Server 2008 R1 since we have seen many issues with the WMI performance and the overall performance in general. WMI Monitoring.

We now recommend using Server 2008 R2 since this supports the most sensors and is the most stable and tested OS for PRTG Recommended OS.
